Fiber Wool is a light weight thermal insulation material produced by spun process from a high purity alumina-silica composition having long and high refractory properties and resistant to most chemical attack.
Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a light weight needled blanket, provides effective solution to a wide range of thermal insulation applications. Manufactured using state of the art spinning and double needling technique, these blankets offer low thermal conductivity and superior insulation performance.
Ceramic Fiber Blanket is made from high purity Alumina, Silica and Zirconia. It is highly efficient insulator with extremely low shrinkage characteristics.

In the layered construction (Blanket, Board and Moist pack) the anchors are exposed to hot face temperature and are limiting factors for use of Ceramic fiber in high temperature applications. To overcome this limitation, modules are used.
Module anchoring systems can provide an option of backup blanket lining with hot face modular lining. A backup blanket lining serves as safety lining in all unlikely event of module failure. It also makes it convenient to provide vapour barrier for protection against attack of sulphurous gases on the furnace shell.
Modules are compressed Blanket Folds with specially designed internal anchoring system which gives choice of attaching the module to the shell by welding, bolting or self-tapping screw method.

Vacuum formed Ceramic Boards and Shapes are rigid products made from Ceramic Fiber which is mixed with organic and inorganic binders with or without mineral fillers. The key feature of this product is that it contains no asbestos element and high strength due to long resilient filament structure and binder system. This gives it very high insulating value, makes it resilient and chemical resistant.
Shapes: By vacuum forming, a wide range of shapes, sizes and forms such as cones, sleeves, floats, observation door tiles etc. can be produced as per customer requirements.
Ceramic fiber paper consists primarily of high purity alumino-silicate fiber and is made through a fiber washing process. This process controls the unwanted content to a very minimal level within the paper. KT ceramic fiber paper features light weight, structure uniformity and low thermal conductivity, which serve as a perfect solution for high temperature insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, and thermal shock resistance. Ceramic fiber paper can be used in various types of refractory and sealing applications and is available with a variety of thicknesses and temperature ratings.
Ceramic Fiber Papers are available in 1260°C and 1425°C grades and thickness ranging from 2mm to 10 mm to meet customer requirements.
Twisted Rope is a three-ply rope manufactured from long fiber yarn reinforced with fiber glass / SS wire It contains 15 – 20% organic carrier fiber to facilities the carding process which may burn off at a lower temperature. It is a dense resilient high temperature refractory, possessing excellent thermal properties, chemical stability and high mechanical strength.
SS Braided Rope are made from ceramic fiber enclosed in SS wire braid to give excellent handling strength. It is available with SS 304 / SS 310 Braiding.
Fiber Glass Braided Rope is made from long fiber yarn reinforced with fiber glass.
Yarn Braided Ropes are manufactured from superior quality Ceramic long fiber yarn and braided cover to form a solid packing. It is available in round and square shape dia ranging from 6 mm to 25 mm. Higher dia rope can be made on specific requests.
Ceramic Fiber Textiles include the finished products of Ceramic Fiber Yarn, Ceramic Fiber Tape, Ceramic Fiber Cloth,etc.Ceramic Fiber Textile is specially processed with ceramic fiber spun bulk,alkali-free glass filament,and high temperature resistant stainless alloy wires.Besides the above products,we can also make high temperature resistant textile according to the customers' demands for specific operating temperature,conditions,and performance.Cerami Fibre Textiles can be used up to 1250°C but when tensile strength is important,the temperature limits of the inserted material is to be considered.
Ceramic Textile Products can be made available with minimum or noorganic carrier.The main advantage of this product is exceptionally low smoke-off upon heating compared with standard fiber textiles. Consequently, these products are very much suited to fire protection applications and for hot wrapping of cables,pipes and ducts.These products are available only with SS wire re-inforcement.
